For continued growth as a coach, Coach Mentoring is a powerful space for growth. Here we will listen to recorded coaching sessions by you with your clients (recorded with prior consent with your clients) and discern where you are as a coach now and what is next for you, so you develop in both what you do in sessions with your clients and who you are as a coach. The format for coach mentoring can be one-to-one or in small groups. The number of sessions and formats will be determined together based on your needs and context.

The process of becoming and continuing to evolve as a coach is not only about developing skills. It is a courageous journey in itself. It asks us as coaches to grow, to fail and learn, to integrate different parts of ourselves for the sake of serving our clients, and to be fierce in holding the vision even bigger than what our clients can see at times and not shrink back
